Grant Thornton and Seeders Launch Strategic Partnership in Defence and Security

Grant Thornton and Seeders have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation to jointly provide specialized consulting services in the defence sector, at a time when Europe is redesigning its defence architecture and Greece is emerging as a hub on the European defence map.

This partnership marks Grant Thornton's official entry into the defence sector consulting ecosystem and leverages the complementary capabilities of the two organizations: Grant Thornton's reach, expertise, and infrastructure as a leading provider of consulting and tax services, and the specialized experience of Seeders and THYREON, its Defence & Security Business Unit, in the defence sector. The goal is to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions to companies, organizations, and public sector entities operating in or seeking access to the defence market.

The scope of the partnership covers a broad range of specialized services, including support for European Defence Fund (EDF) programmes, defence innovation and technology transfer, consulting on defence procurement and organizational capacity development, protection of critical infrastructure, unmanned vehicle systems, as well as engagement with institutional bodies such as NATO, the European Defence Agency (EDA), and the Ministry of National Defence.
